At Microsoft Surface Station, we strive to provide reliable and professional Microsoft Surface repair services. Please review our Refund Policy before requesting a repair.
Repair Services
All repairs carried out by Durham Phones come with a service warranty. If the same fault re-occurs within the warranty period, we will re-examine and re-repair the device at no additional cost. Refunds for repair services are only issued in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to fix the reported fault
- The fault reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved
- The repair was carried out incorrectly due to technician error.
Refunds will not be issued if the device sustains new damage after the repair or if the fault is unrelated to the original service requested.
Device Purchases
If you purchase a refurbished or replacement Microsoft Surface device from us, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within the applicable return period, provided the device is returned in its original condition and meets our return requirements.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts installed during a repair are covered by our service warranty, where applicable. Refunds for replacement parts may only be approved if a part is found to be defective or was installed incorrectly. Parts specially ordered for a repair are generally non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Completed repair services
- Diagnostic or inspection fees
- Special-order replacement parts
- Devices damaged after they have been returned
- Software installations or recovery services that have been successfully completed
- Repairs affected by new physical or liquid damage after service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your repair invoice or order details. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
