Device Purchase Warranty
If you purchase a refurbished or replacement Microsoft Surface device from Microsoft Surface Station, it may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or hardware faults under normal use. Warranty coverage does not apply to accidental damage, liquid damage, or customer misuse unless otherwise stated.
Repair Process
Before beginning any repair, our technicians perform a diagnostic assessment to identify the reported issue. If additional problems are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for approval before performing any extra work or applying additional charges.
Data & Personal Information
While repairing your Microsoft Surface device, our technicians may require temporary access for testing and diagnostics. We respect your privacy and do not intentionally access, copy, or share your personal files unless necessary to complete the requested repair.
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all important data before submitting a device for service, as Microsoft Surface Station is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure or the repair process.
Uncollected Devices
Customers are expected to collect repaired devices within a reasonable period after being notified that the repair is complete. Devices left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or other actions permitted by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers before taking any action.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your repair qualifies for warranty service, please contact us as soon as possible with your repair invoice or proof of service. Our technicians will inspect the device to determine whether the issue is covered under this Warranty & Repair Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Microsoft Surface Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits resulting from the use of our repair services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the original repair or device purchase.
